1. Data We Collect
We do not require user accounts. To process a request, TokSave temporarily handles the public link you submit and keeps technical job data such as time, processing status, selected quality, and error code. Technical request data is also used for rate limiting and service reliability. If you use the post-download Yes/Not yet control, it stores only that anonymous rating with an opaque job or video identifier. We do not add full pasted TikTok links or signed media URLs to product analytics.
2. Media Handling
Processed video files are stored temporarily (cached for up to 24 hours so repeat downloads are fast) and then deleted automatically. We do not keep a permanent media library, and we do not republish or search user-requested media.
3. Cookies & Advertising
TokSave does not currently display advertising or load third-party ad scripts. If advertising or an analytics provider is enabled in the future, we will update this policy before activation and describe the provider, data use, and available choices.
4. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any retained job data by contacting us. We will action verified requests within 7 business days.
